Who It's For
This instrument is best suited for traditional high turnover positions
such as trainees, skilled, semi-skilled, technical,
basic entry-level or hourly rated jobs. It measures the likelihood
of an individual to be reliable and dependable on the job, but may
not call for as much in-depth assessment as other positions.
What It Does
The Performer assessment takes 30 minutes to complete and contains:
- Questions which measure the individual's math skills, i.e., addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
- A numerical and perceptive assessment to determine the individual's aptitude for identifying
matching numbers, symbols and other details.
- Direct admissions questions regarding prior drugs, alcohol, and theft on the job.
- Ten personality (behavioral) traits which provide the following information:

Energy - energy and drive level; how tension and stress are handled
Flexibility - integrity, adaptability, creativity and work ethic
Organization - propensity to plan and prioritize time wisely
Communication - compares social vs. analytical styles
Emotional Development - level of self-confidence, sense of urgency,
and ability to handle pressure
Assertiveness - whether a person will take charge or be a follower
Competitiveness - whether a person is team-spirited or individually competitive
Mental Toughness - measures sensitivity in style vs. tough mindedness
Questioning/Probing - inclination to ask questions and probe before
making decisions
Motivation - measures security vs. recognition
and achievement orientation
The Performer assessment report contains the following segments:
The Narrative Segment briefly explains each aptitude and personality dimension and the numerical score obtained.
A Graphical Analysis Allows you to visualize quickly the individual's personality profile.
