What You Do: Your organization sources all candidates
What We Do:
1. Offer suggestions on your job description and salary range.
2. Recommend strategic placement of employment ads on select job boards,
in newspapers etc. based on our knowledge of previous ad placement.
3. Create a position benchmark outlining the core competencies to be successful
in the job. Then administer valid assessment tests via the Internet on
up to three (3) final candidates. Included is the candidate's report and
consultation on interpretation and prediction of performance.
4. Includes pre-screen interviews of up to six (6) candidates using
behaviorally based interview questions.
5. Reference checks of the final two (2) candidates.
6. Background, Criminal, Education, Credit, and Motor Vehicle checks on the finalist
candidate. Turnaround is usually 3 days or less.
7. Assist the Hiring Manager or Search Committee with the group interview
process, facilitate the selection discussion, and the negotiation of a
win/win decision with the finalist.
Cost: Our goal is to assist you in selecting the most qualified
individual. The fee for utilizing our selection expertise is a flat $
amount and is dependent on your job requirements and the scope
of each assignment. It is usually less than our full
search services. It is NOT a % of the employee's income.
