The Management Achiever
The Management Achiever While not as extensive as our Executive Assessment, the Management Achiever includes six mental measures and ten personality traits that are present in every human being. Our benchmarking of these personality traits statistically differentiates the successful profile of candidates in hundreds of occupations. It is completed online in 50 minutes or less and will instantly provide a profile of the testee. There is minimal administration time and no grading required; it contains the following segments:

The Narrative Segment briefly defines each aptitude and personality dimension and the numerical score obtained.

A Graphical Analysis allows you to compare the individual's actual scores to the desirable core competency benchmarks* for the job. These benchmarks may be developed for a specific organization in the following ways:
  • their own successful people in the job
  • the job description itself
  • the candidate can be compared against the profiles of successful people in the same occupation.

*Core Competency Benchmarks are the critical aptitudes and personality traits required for success in the job.

Who It's For?
The Achiever's most prominent use is in the assessment of job applicants, --- or employees who are being considered for promotion in job categories such as inside and outside sales, all levels of management, professional positions, and other jobs requiring critical decision-making ability and leadership skills.

What Is It?
The Achiever measures the following specific dimensions as they relate to the job for which the individual is being assessed:

Mental Abilities
Mental Acuity - learning, judgment, deductive reasoning and problem-solving ability
Business Terms - knowledge of basic business terms
Memory Recall - knowledge of current events
Vocabulary - general English vocabulary
Numerical Perception - perceive administration details quickly and accurately
Mechanical Interest - interest in the mechanical area

Personality Traits
Energy - energy and drive level; how tension and stress are handled
Flexibility - integrity, adaptability, creativity and work ethic
Organization - propensity to plan and prioritize time wisely
Communication - compares social vs. analytical styles
Emotional Development - level of self-confidence, sense of urgency, and ability to handle pressure
Assertiveness - whether a person will take charge or be a follower
Competitiveness - whether a person is team-spirited or individually competitive
Mental Toughness - measures sensitivity in style vs. tough mindedness
Questioning/Probing - inclination to ask questions and probe before making decisions
Motivation - measures security vs. recognition and achievement orientation

The Leadership Analysis is a supplement included with each Achiever. It compares the scores of successful leaders against the scores of candidates in 5 specific areas: Planning, Organizing, Staffing, Coaching, and Facilitating.

Behaviorally oriented interview questions are also created from the personality scores of the individual. This tool aids the interviewer in further assessing the individual's suitability for the job and provides interview consistency across the organization.

Personal Development Suggestions are also provided which suggest resources to use to modify personal behavior to be more effective.

The Sales Achiever
The Sales Achiever The Sales Achiever has been developed specifically for sales organizations. The assessment includes the exact information as the Achiever plus a detailed profile on the individual's selling skills based on the following five elements.

  • Developing Rapport
  • Identifying a need or desire
  • Presenting a product or service to fill a prospects needs
  • Dealing with objections
  • Closing the sale
Using the personality measures of the Sales Achiever allows you to easily compare your candidate's aptitudes and personality to the successful core competency benchmarks* of your top salespeople. Behaviorally oriented interview questions are also created from the personality scores of the individual. In addition, the Sales Analysis provides a candidate with self-development suggestions that can further enhance on-the-job performance.
